My experience with Sarcha and her team has been fantastic throughout.  My requirements were a little complex, and on occasions I was looking to change my plans.  The team were very supportive, always providing answers and alternate options to consider.  Communication was brilliant and I always knew where I stood.  The options on product offering was a great process, giving the pros and cons and also not just looking at the big banks.
