Since joining the mortgage industry in 2024, I have developed hands-on experience across the full loan lifecycle — from initial application through to settlement and beyond. I work closely with clients and broker to assess and structure lending solutions across a wide range of scenarios, including residential and commercial mortgages, trust structures, SMSF lending, car finance, and personal loans.

My background in loan processing means I understand what lenders need to see — and how to present a file that gives clients the best possible chance of approval. I specialise in income assessment for complex scenarios including self-employed borrowers, company directors, alternative documentation, and irregular income sources.
